All specialty tours take place on our working maple farm, where guests experience the broader Pocono ecosystem—maple forests, orchards, wetlands, and open fields—while learning how sustainable forestry, pollination, and seasonal rhythms connect everything we do. Many tours conclude near the sugar shack or orchard paths, tying each experience back to from our trees to your table stewardship. 🌲 Nature Photography Walks April 4 & 25 · June 5 · July 3 · August 30 · October 25 Slow, guided walks through forest, orchard, and water-edge habitats designed for photographers of all levels. Bring your camera or phone; compositional tips and ecological context included. 🍄 Mushroom Walks May 30 · June 27 · July 26 · September 27 · October 2 Seasonal foraging-style walks that introduce guests to the diverse fungi of northeastern Pennsylvania. Learn to identify common woodland species, understand their role in forest ecology, and see how mushrooms signal soil health and forest succession. Educational and observational—no harvesting required. To ensure a safe and smooth visit, all guests must complete our Liability Waiver before arrival. Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment All tours, tastings, classes, and specialty experiences must be booked in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Bookings are confirmed via email upon successful payment. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled experience may be rescheduled or issued a credit for future use. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the experience are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable. Experiences may be rescheduled by Pocono Mountain Maple due to severe weather, safety concerns, or farm operations. In these cases, guests will be offered a reschedule or credit. Weather & Seasonal Conditions All experiences take place rain or shine, unless conditions are deemed unsafe. The farm is an active, outdoor environment; trails may be uneven, muddy, or slippery depending on weather and season. Arrival & Participation Guests are asked to arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in. Late arrivals may miss part or all of the experience and are not eligible for refunds. Comfortable footwear and weather-appropriate clothing are strongly recommended. Children & Supervision Children are welcome unless otherwise noted for a specific experience. Minors must be supervised at all times by a parent or legal guardian. Some experiences may have age minimums, which will be clearly listed at booking. Health & Accessibility Guests should notify us in advance of any mobility concerns, allergies, or special needs so we can best accommodate when possible. Participation is voluntary and at the guest’s discretion. Liability Waiver Notice By purchasing a ticket or booking an experience at Pocono Mountain Maple, you acknowledge and agree that: You understand the farm is a working agricultural property with natural terrain, equipment, animals, and environmental conditions. Participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven ground, weather exposure, and interaction with farm infrastructure. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. You agree to release and hold harmless Pocono Mountain Maple, its owners, staff, and affiliates from liability for injury, loss, or damage, except where prohibited by law. A digital liability waiver may be required to be signed prior to arrival. Parents or legal guardians must sign on behalf of minors. Please respect the land, wildlife, buildings, and staff.
