Breathe deep, stretch out, and connect with nature during our all-levels outdoor yoga class, set against the peaceful backdrop of the farm. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting out, this gentle flow is designed to help you unwind and ground yourself in the beauty of the Poconos.
Mats provided — just bring yourself and a water bottle!

📍 Location: Boathouse lawn or under the trees (weather permitting)
