OUR SYRUP

100% ORGANIC + KOSHER MAPLE SYRUP

At our farm, we take pride in tapping around 25,000 trees annually. We tap each tree, and collect the sap that flows into our sugar shack. The sap is then cooked and filtered in our tanks to produce organic maple syrup with no additives or preservatives.

How is Maple Syrup Made?

Maple syrup starts with sap collected from mature maple trees in early spring. A small tap is inserted into the tree, allowing sap to flow into buckets or tubing systems. The sap is then concentrated—often with reverse osmosis—to reduce water content before boiling.

In an evaporator, the sap is boiled until it thickens and reaches 219°F, the point where it becomes syrup. After filtering to remove natural minerals (called sugar sand), it's graded by color and flavor, then bottled for you to enjoy.
