Bringing the Pocono Mountains to BevNET NYC: Connecting Maple Water with the Future of Beverage

Nicole Bentler, Taste Radio BevNET NYC 2026

This June, the Pocono Maple Water team headed to New York City to attend BevNET—one of the beverage industry’s leading gatherings bringing together emerging brands, retailers, distributors, investors, and innovators shaping the future of what we drink.

For us, this wasn’t just another trade show. It was an opportunity to introduce something many people are discovering for the very first time: pure maple water harvested directly from maple trees in the Pocono Mountains.

Over the course of the event, we had the chance to connect with investors, meet with fellow founders and beverage professionals, and share the story behind Pocono Maple Water—how a working maple farm evolved into creating a clean-label beverage rooted in simplicity, sustainability, and nature.

Meaningful Conversations & New Opportunities

One of the biggest highlights of BevNET NYC was the conversations.

We met with investors interested in emerging better-for-you beverage categories and discussed the growing consumer demand for transparency, ingredient simplicity, and products with authentic agricultural roots.

We also connected with other brands across wellness, hospitality, retail, and beverage innovation. Hearing how companies are approaching growth, distribution, and consumer education reinforced something we’ve believed from the beginning: people are increasingly asking one important question—

"What’s in your water?"

That question continues to guide everything we do.

Sharing the Story of Maple Water at BevNET NYC

For many attendees, this was their first introduction to maple water.

Unlike flavored waters or beverages with added ingredients, maple water is simply sap from the maple tree—lightly sweet, naturally occurring, and containing electrolytes and minerals exactly as nature intended.

As conversations unfolded, people were surprised to learn that maple water isn’t made from syrup—it’s the original source before concentration happens.

Representing the Poconos and our farm at a national industry event gave us the chance to tell that story on a larger stage.

Looking Ahead

BevNET NYC left us energized and inspired.

From potential partnerships and retail conversations to investor introductions and collaboration opportunities, we’re excited about what’s ahead for Pocono Maple Water.

Most importantly, events like this remind us that while growth matters, staying connected to our roots matters more.

Every bottle starts in the forest—and every conversation helps bring that story a little further.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared ideas, and spent time learning about maple water.

The future is looking refreshing.
