Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
3 tbsp Pocono Mountain Maple Jalapeño Bourbon Maple Syrup
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional: sliced jalapeños or chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Glaze
In a small bowl, whisk together:

Soy sauce
Dijon mustard
Garlic
This creates a glossy glaze with sweet heat and a hint of bourbon depth.
2. Season the Salmon
Pat salmon fillets dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Sear the Salmon
Place salmon skin-side down and cook for about 4–5 minutes until the skin crisps.
Flip and cook another 2–3 minutes.
4. Add the Maple Glaze
Brush the Jalapeño Bourbon Maple glaze generously over the salmon.
Let it simmer in the pan for 1–2 minutes until it thickens and lightly caramelizes.
5. Serve
Transfer to a plate and drizzle with extra glaze from the pan. Garnish with sliced jalapeños or green onions.
